How it works

Clear, efficient and supportive at every step.

You should always know what is happening with your file, what happens next, and who is doing it. That is the whole method.

  1. 01

    Initial Consultation

A candid conversation about your family, your timeline and your paperwork — including the parts nobody warned you about.

  2. 02

    Custom Roadmap

A written, step-by-step plan: which documents, which offices, which order, and what we handle on your behalf.

  3. 03

    Execution & Accompaniment

Files opened, appointments booked, forms filed. Where attendance is required, we are physically there with you.

  4. 04

    Post-Arrival Support

Housing, banking, benefits and the hundred small things that turn an address in Israel into a home.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

When should we start?
Ideally six to nine months before your intended arrival. That said, we regularly pick up files that are already open, stalled or refused — earlier is easier, but late is not too late.
Do we have to be in Israel?
No. A large part of the work happens before you land: documents, apostilles, appointments, lease review and utility setup. Where a personal appearance is legally required, we schedule it around your arrival.
Do you work with returning residents?
Yes — returning residents, children of Israeli citizens who need their status regulated, and families with elderly parents whose benefits and housing need arranging.
What does it cost?
Fees depend on the scope of the file. After the initial consultation you receive a written quote covering exactly what is included, before any work begins.
